Terms & Conditions
Binding terms for licenses, downloads, hosting, services, and payments with Digital Guru.
1. Acceptance
By purchasing GPL versions, activated themes/plugins, licensed assets, PHP scripts, hosting (shared, reseller, VPS, dedicated), or any professional services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Payments & Refunds policy.
2. Services & Scope
- GPL/activated/licensed products are provided for legitimate use; vendor terms may apply.
- Hosting scope: shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated servers with reasonable use, fair resource sharing, and compliance with acceptable use.
- Custom software/automation services are delivered per agreed scope; timelines may vary due to dependencies outside our control.
3. Acceptable Use (Hosting & Downloads)
- Not allowed: movie/video streaming portals, chat or real-time messaging platforms, pornography or adult content, hate speech, racism, violence promotion, phishing, malware, spam, illegal downloads, or any unlawful activity.
- Content causing legal, regulatory, or reputational risk may be suspended or terminated without refund.
- Security: keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Payments
We accept Stripe, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, HBL, Direct Bank Transfer, RAAST Money Transfer, Visa/Mastercard, Remitly, Wise, WorldRemit, MoneyGram, and Western Union. Full payment is required before delivery or renewal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refunds
- Hosting services: refund requests accepted within 15 days of purchase; misuse/abuse voids eligibility.
- Licenses, GPL versions, activated plugins/themes, PHP scripts, software downloads: generally non-refundable once delivered/activated.
- Professional services/consulting: refundable only if explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Downtime & Force Majeure
- No liability for outages caused by events beyond our control (Acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet backbone failures, DDoS, vendor outages, power failures, strikes, war, civil unrest).
- We provide best-effort remediation and communication but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.
- Digital Guru is not responsible for data loss, business interruption, lost profits, reputational harm, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months for the specific service in dispute.
- For GPL/activated/licensed items, you are responsible for ensuring legality and compliance in your jurisdiction.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Guru harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use, content, or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend/terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, policy violations, or legal risk.
- Back up your data frequently; suspension/termination may result in data loss.
10. Intellectual Property
GPL/activated/licensed items remain subject to their original licenses. Custom deliverables may be subject to separate IP terms agreed in writing.
11. Support
Support channels include email, WhatsApp, and tickets. Vendor-level support for licensed items may require vendor terms. SLA availability depends on the plan level.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting revisions. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
